I was admitted by ambulance 29/09/2017 to the A/E dept and as I live in Telford have never entered this hospital before. I received the best care possible. Patricia on reception was excellent in showing my relatives where I was on their arrival.The A/E staff are amazing, treatment was the best from doctor to staff, monitoring was constant, cleanliness excellent, understanding superb. A very caring professional department, I was transferred to MAU dept. again staff were all of the above. Thank you very much all of you and for looking after my wife . NIGEL MINTON
From the moment we presented ourselves at Accident & Emergency my wife and I were treated with respect and were triaged within 20 minutes. Subsequent admission was speedy and efficient and within minutes treatment commenced. Well done to all the staff concerned and "Thank you"

I was taken to the 136 suite a month ago, staff were lovely, very understanding. I have been on Chebsey several times over the years, staff have always been supportive, caring and understanding x
Some staff on Chebsey ward are rude and honestly completely oblivious to patients needs but there is some decent staff there my experience was appalling. But I could praise the number of staff that were willing to listen and talk to me despite my struggles. The staff in 136 suite are excellent and I can see they do genuinely care. I do think some staff have a lack of understanding with certain patients which puts us in a tricky situation with trying to trust the staff. All in all the hospital it's self is daunting but patients are there to get help not a luxury holiday

I've just had a total hip replacement done at Rowley Hall Hospital and cannot praise the hospital and staff enough. I was kept informed of each procedure and given information on the medication I was taking. Exceptionally clean, very well organised, extremely pleasant nursing staff/doctors. I felt like I received 5* treatment. A huge thank you to everyone for the excellent treatment I received. Well done.
After an initial disappointment through a postponed operation I had my surgery on 30th Dec 2016. From the moment I arrived for my surgery I was treated so kindly, everyone I was in contact with was friendly and caring. Both the anaesthetist and the Surgeon came for a chat prior to the operation, this really put me at ease. I found the standards throughout the hospital are very high. My stay was made as comfortable as possible, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Rowley Hall Hospital is indeed an incredible hospital, one that I would fully recommend.
